I thought the woman in the first episode of benefit busters was nothing but a bully threatening the woman who refused a dj job because by the time she finished there were no taxis for her to get home for refusing the job and threatening benefit sanctioning because of this no sympathy towards the womans personal safety at this time in the morning when she could have been attacked.
i told my new deal advisor i was concerned about my personal safety whilst waiting at glenrothes bus station for a bus if i had to work there and all he suggested was seeing a psychologist no sympathy towards my concerns of personal safety as there have been several incidents at glenrothes bus station i am a bad walker due to arthritis and therefore cant run so would be more likely to get attacked than anyone else wonder if anyone can make a claim against dwp/jc + for compensation if they are attacked at a bus stop because jc insisted they took job in the first place they have then instigated the person ending up being attacked i doubt it somehow but no doubt somebarrack room lawyer will be able to answer this query

the first episode of benefit busters was unacceptable practice (as were the the other “episodes” also in treating people).someone could be a single parent for many reasons such as bereavement and to be treated like that is a non starter.
this all leads back to the less fortunate in society being talked down to by someone in a stately home through their business practices and getting away with it on a daily basis under government sanction.
these people are cowards through their misguided ideals somehow believe that these tactics will work, once this is seen through there is little they can do in reality thats why they rely on bullying tactics/trying to make you feel isolated and exposed either by humiliation or its just you, all your fault, they have twisted the benefit rules so much one benefit now contradicts another and are at a complete loss, they throw billions at clueless private companies that in reality have no place working with people claiming benefits this only adds to the bitterness they portray in their actions.
you need to be strong/wise/visioned and not listen to them one bit.

i never listened or did what an employment advisor told me ie he made me apply for a job in a bookies even though you had to be able to do betting odds just by luck you had to do an online psychometric test before they sent an application form and ensured the answers ensured i didnt get an application form example question would you step in to help colleague deal with a disruptive customer yes no definately not i answered definatley not, another employment advisor when i signed on insisted i apply for a job in a shop in st andrews selling white goods despite the fact i have never sold this type of goods in a shop the job details asked for a written application so made sure the letter was full of spelling mistakes and score outs also stated in letter wouldnt be able to work saturdays result i didnt get the job
there are plenty of ways to outfox employment advisors and new deal advisors a further example was my idiot new deal advisor told me to apply for a job with halfords building up bikes for xmas when i phoned i was asked to go for interview i said i would have to get travel expenses from jobcentre was told if getting there for interview was a problem how would i get there for the job i said dont blame me the jobcentre said i have to apply for this job or face benefit sanctions answer well if thats the case the job is filled i said that they should change job details to say would prefer someone local
the trouble with this job was it was onlt for 10 weeks until just after xmas which causes problems for claiming jsa especially at that time of year
i advertised in a local newsagent mail order bikes collected assembled and delivered for £10 result was i got 45 bikes to assemble between the second week november and xmas week and made £450 pounds which helped out for xmas and it was straight cash no receipts so the jc didnt even know about it
