For those on Flexible New Deal this is the law (The Flexible New Deal (Designation of Employment Officers) Order 2009) that give the power for a private business to refer someone for a benefit sanction. Some providers have limited people who can give sanctions others allow administrators and PAs the ability. We couldn’t find this statutory instrument anywhere nor the number of it.
