Hi,
I need to correct you on your blog. Neil, the Finance Director was not demoted, he simply plays a slightly different role in the business.
Any suggestion that Neil is implicated in any fraudulet act is defamatory and offensive.
Can you change or remove this entry.
Thanks in advance

Nope request denied.
Darren good to hear you on the blog again not sure why you disappeared as I understand that A4e wants to finally listen. You expressed an interest then disappeared so perhaps A4e no longer wants to listen or to change.
I never said or implied that the person in question was part of any “fraudulet” (fraudulent) act.
For someone to resign as a director and be below a new Finance Director is a demotion. It doesn’t matter how you want to sugar coat it, what the job description says etc. As far as I understand he now has less responsibility, as a) his line manager is of someone with the same job title as he had and now is less superior in the ranks and b) no longer has the common law full responsibility of the company (i.e. a directorship).
Any further libel accusations that any official New Deal Scandal article or comment, or any published comment on this site is “defamatory” and/or “offensive” will result in a Ceast and Desist action in the first instance.
Darren, are you still part of the marketing team? Thus why are you requesting a weak legal view on the site content?
I was very happy that you being the only current A4e employee to comment or get involved in the site. Emma Harrison refusing to after having to contact her requesting her feedback.
Any pathetic continued attempt to deem any content as defamation of character or libel will be deemed as harassment.
As you can read the article doesn’t name anyone at all and the only one who can realistically and significantly be attempting to damage a reputation or image is you for linking the job title to a person. The article doesn’t even suggest that the demotion was anything to do with this new job role. As you can see New Deal Scandal has a far larger case; it would make a good counterclaim that as a defendant, the claimant had self-inflicted more “damage” than what they are accusing.
A4e would also be getting (bad?) press during the time it should be on best behaviour because of the new Flexible New Deal contracts.
Have a nice day

If Mark replaced Neil (as Finance Director) and Neil works for Mark (line manager), Neil has been demoted.
